Latest update made the app worse. What's the point of updating an app to worsen it. Anytime I open the app to load the most recent message, i have to wait for it to scroll down from the top of the oldest message of the long list. I can no longer click on the phone number link when it's included with the page. Addendum 12/6/22: above problems fixed, but since update, when new message comes in w/the ring, often the message won't appear.Dangerous for pt care as pts can be missed.

Thank you for your feedback. We have changed the way the app displays messages in a conversation to display oldest messages first and added the ability to click on linked text, such as phone numbers, in messages. These changes are included in Version 1.4.4 and higher.

Latest update made the phone numbers in the messages unclickable. Extremely inconvenient if I want to call a patient from my phone straight from the message. Also it made the messages too zoomed in which is visually unappealing. Now, after the update, whenever I open the app, it starts from the oldest message and scrolls down to the end giving a very strange experience. Also, with the new update, the latest messages are not highlighted like they used to be. Please fix this. Update was no good.

Thank you for your feedback. We have changed the way the app displays messages in a conversation to display oldest messages first and added the ability to click on linked text, such as phone numbers, in messages. We have also made UI changes to improve visibility. These changes are included in Version 1.4.7 and higher.

Horrible app. Unreliable! Pros: You can do mass deletion. Previous version you had up go into each message to delete. You can customize notification tone. Has one touch reply Phone calls can be made right from the message received. Cons: Messages come through late. doesn't matter if your on WiFi the app will notify you then spend up to a hour downloading information. You can no longer highlight a message and share it to a maps app. Best feature of the old version now gone. So many cons
